This Privacy Policy describes the way SaveOne Europe collects, uses, maintains and discloses the information collected from users (each a “user”) of the www.saveoneeurope.org (“Site”) website. The following statements inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. We do not sell, exchange or rent any personal identification data from users to third parties.

Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, your details from the request form, including the data provided by you, will be stored for six (6) months in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
How we use the information collected
SaveOne Europe may collect and use personal user information for the following purposes:
To process orders and payments – We can use the information that users provide about themselves when placing an order to provide the service for that order. We do not share this information with external parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
To send regular emails – We can use the email address to send user general information as well as updates to their order. It can also be used to respond to their requests, questions and / or other requests.
If the user chooses to join our electronic mailing list, they will receive emails with messages, updates, and related information. If later the user wishes to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, they may do so by using the ‘unsubscribe’ feature at the end of each email.
To send regular letters – We can use the addresses to send information letters. If the user chooses to subscribe to our postal mailing list, they will receive letters by post with news, updates, related information, etc. If later the user wishes to unsubscribe from receiving future letters, they may inform us at any time.
Purchase Transactions
Data Storage – We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator, the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.
In the case of a contract the name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the retention period related to taxes (7 years).
Purchase Processing – In addition, for contract execution, the following data is also stored by us: title, first name, last name, street, post code, city, country, e-mail and telephone number. This data provided by the user is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, the contract with the user cannot be completed.
A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data or bank account data to the processing bank or payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company or shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and, to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
Cancellation of the purchase process – When you cancel the purchase process prior to completion, any data stored up to that point will be deleted.
